McCarthy Tétrault has been named one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers for the tenth consecutive year. Launched in 2019, the Firm’s award-winning Inclusion Now program informs every aspect of the Firm and is dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility in support of its members and the legal profession as well as the broader community. The Firm recently welcomed a new Chief Inclusion Officer, Charlene Theodore, who oversees the program and implementation of its many EDI initiatives.
