McCarthy Tétrault LLP is advising Tergeo Critical Minerals Inc., Alliance Magnesium Inc., Alliance Magnesium Mines Inc., Alliance Magnesium Metallurgy Inc. (the "Debtors") in the context of the filing of NOI and Interim Receivership proceedings pursuant to the BIA.

The Debtors produced critical green minerals and operated a foundry in Danville, Québec, specialized in the transformation of magnesium. 

McCarthy Tétrault is assisting the Debtors with a team led by Hugo Babos-Marchand that includes Alain N. Tardif (Bankruptcy & Insolvency), François Xavier Tremblay and Marc-Étienne Boucher (Litigation).
