On June 30, 2023, Egis S.A. ("Egis") announced that it closed the acquisition of  McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers.  This new partnership allows Egis to expand its presence and support clients in North America to build a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient world.

Egis is an international player active in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility service sectors that creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings capable of responding to the climate emergency and help to achieve a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient territorial development based out of France.

McCarthy Tétrault assisted Egis with a team led by Hadrien Montagne that included Shea Small, Richard O'Doherty, Louis-Charles Filiatrault, Stéphanie C.
