Quentin Pérès is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montreal. His practice focuses on corporate law, particularly on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and public and private investments, and corporate, project and banking finance. In 2021, Quentin completed a four-month, full-time client secondment with a Canadian financial institution where he worked directly with the Chief Sustainability Officer on a variety of governance and ESG matters.

Quentin obtained his bachelor’s degree of civil law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal in 2020, graduating on the honour list. He also holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he graduated with high merit in 2022. Following his master’s degree, he completed a legal internship in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, focusing on foreign investment, energy and mergers and acquisitions at an international law firm specializing in emerging markets in Asia.

During his bachelor's degree, Quentin participated in a student exchange program at the Universidad de Costa Rica in San José and was a rugby student athlete for the Carabins of Université de Montréal. He speaks French, English and Spanish.

Quentin was called to the Quebec Bar in 2023.
