Known for his pragmatic approach to solving clients’ issues, Shaun practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance and M&A across a range of industries, including mining, cannabis, technology and real estate. He also acts for acquiring and target companies in connection with M&A transactions, and brings an invaluable knowledge of the cross-border business landscape to help clients with their multijurisdictional business needs.
