Jake Irwin is a partner in our Business Law Group in Toronto. He maintains a general corporate practice which includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities.
Mr. Irwin received his B.A. in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Trinity College at the University of Toronto in 2005 and his J.D. from Queen’s University in 2008. He joined the firm in 2013 after practising with firms in Sydney, Australia and in Toronto.
Mr. Irwin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
