Our Hiring Process
Video Talent Acquisition Interview: A 30-minute video interview with our Talent Acquisition team to better understand your experience, skills, and career goals, as well as discuss compensation, availability, and timelines.
Video or In-person Interview with Hiring Managers: Selected candidates will then meet with Hiring Managers through video or in-person interviews focused on situational and behavioural questions.
Assessments: Depending on the role, candidates may also complete an assessment such as technical tests (e.g., Microsoft Office), psychometric assessment (DiSC profile), writing and formatting exercises, and/or case studies.
Final Video or In-person Interview with Hiring Managers: The process concludes with a final interview with additional Hiring Managers in the interview panel.
Offer & Background Checks: Successful candidates will proceed to offer management, which includes the offer letter, background check, and reference checks.
Onboarding: A seamless onboarding experience supported by our local HR teams.
