On February, 22, 2024, Skyservice Business Aviation ("Skyservice") announced the completion of its investment in Fontainebleau Aviation's ("Fontainebleau") fixed-based operator at Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport and a new fixed-based operator at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. 

Skyservice, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, is a business aviation company that operates fixed-based operation facilities, manages aircrafts, and charters private jets.

Fontainebleau, based in Opa Locka, Florida, is a real estate development and hospitality group that builds, owns, markets and operates properties in the hospitality, gaming, residential, retail, commercial and luxury services sectors.
