On May 28, 2009, Solutions Développement DurableInc. ("SDD") became the sole shareholder of Conporec Inc. ("Conporec"), following a reorganization under Section 191 of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "Reorganization") pursuant to Conporec's amended plan of arrangement under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "Plan of Arrangement") dated March 30, 2009, and approved by the creditors of Conporec on March 30, 2009.
On March 31, 2009, the Superior Court of Quebec approved the Reorganization and the Plan of Arrangement.
SDD, headquartered in Sherbrooke, Quebec, offers comprehensive solutions and independent technological units for waste management through multi-process/multi-material treatment centres (MP-MMTC).
