On March 14, 2024, Research Capital Corporation acted as sole agent and bookrunner in Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation's public offering of 23,000,000 units at a price of C$0.15 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of C$3.45 Million including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for the exploration and development of the Santa Ana Project, working capital and general corporate purposes.
