On September 6, 2023, Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation ("Outcrop Silver") established an "at-the-market" equity distribution program (the "ATM Program"). Under the ATM Program, Outcrop Silver can issue and sell up to C$5 million of common shares in the capital of the company to the public through Research Capital Corporation ("Research Capital") as the sole agent. Outcrop Silver intends to use the net proceeds from the ATM Program for the development of the Santa Ana Project and for general corporate purposes.

Research Capital is an independent full service investment firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.

Outcrop Silver, headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., actively explores for precious metals in Colombia and is currently developing the Santa Ana Project.
