On April 16, 2010, Kruger Energy Chatham Limited Partnership (“KEC”) entered into a credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders to provide a construction and term loan for the development, construction and operation of a wind farm in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.
