On December 18, 2009, Gosfield Wind Financial Corporation, an affiliate of Brookfield Renewable Power Inc., entered into a credit agreement providing for a secured credit facility of up to $100 million to finance the construction and operation of a 51 megawatt nameplate capacity wind generation project comprised of 22 wind turbines situated in Essex County, Ontario.  The project is directly owned by Gosfield Wind Limited Partnership, a full recourse guarantor under the credit agreement.
