On January 05, 2022 ,Eurovia Canada Inc. acquired a group of public works contractors in the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia from Northern Group of Companies.
Eurovia Canada Inc, headquartered in Quebec, constructs transport infrastructure and urban developments and is a subsidiary of VINCI Construction.
