On August 21, 2020, Dolly Varden Silver Corporation completed a private placement of 14,084,500 units totaling C$10 million. Dolly Varden will use the proceeds from the offering for further exploration, mineral resource expansion and drilling at its silver property in northwestern British Columbia, as well as other corporate expenses. Mackie Research Capital Corporation led the offering as sole bookrunner, and acted as co-lead agent with Eventus Capital Corp.

Dolly Varden is a mineral exploration company focused on exploration in northwestern British Columbia.

Eventus is an exempt market dealer based in Toronto.

Mackie Research is a large employee-owned investment dealer and wealth management firm based in Canada.
