On December 22, 2022, Research Capital Corporation, as co-lead agent and joint bookrunner with Eventus Capital Corp., announced the completion of Dolly Varden Silver Corporation's private placement. The offering amounted to gross proceeds of approximately C$20.7 million, including the full exercise of the agents’ option, and was further increased by $1.9 million from Hecla Canada Ltd.’s pro-rata participation to maintain its 10.21% ownership on a fully diluted basis, for aggregate gross proceeds of C$22.6 million.
