On October 9, 2009, AIM Harrow Wind Farm LP (AIM Harrow) closed an C$82 million secured credit facility for the financing of four wind power projects, each being a 9.9 megawatt nameplate capacity wind power generation project comprised of six wind turbines situated west of Colchester in the Province of Ontario. The projects are currently under construction. The credit facility was arranged by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, the agent and lender.

AIM Harrow is an affiliate of AIM PowerGen Corporation (AIM), one of Canada's largest wind farm developers.
