Esther is currently in the last year of her JD/BCL degree at McGill University Faculty of Law. During her studies, she has assisted clients across Canada through several legal clinics, performing research and providing legal information mainly in business law. In her first year at law school, Esther worked at a leading global business immigration law firm, supporting the transfer of IT workers to Canadian provinces. She has been actively engaged in the student community, serving as an executive for the McGill Asian Law Students Association, McGill Chapter of Law Needs Feminism Because, and McGill Boxing Club. 

Esther also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from McGill University and was on the Dean’s Honor Roll for three years. In her undergraduate years, Esther provided writing and translation services to individuals and businesses in retail, Artificial Intelligence, and franchising to help clients meet their localization needs. She was also interested in the artistic side of business and worked on various projects for clients in the fashion industry in North America and Europe.

In her free time, Esther loves sports activities, travelling and hiking, and reading.
