On July 15, 2010 RoundTable Healthcare Partners announced the closure of its US$600 Million Fund III.

 RoundTable Healthcare Partners is based in Lake Forest, IL. It is is an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. RoundTable currently manages $1.9 billion in capital, including three equity funds totaling $1.5 billion and two subordinated debt funds totaling of US$400 million.

 McCarthy Tetrault advised the Fund regarding distribution and various legal interest that are pertinent to the Canadian investment environment.
