On June 1, 2007, Terrawinds Resources Corp. received $247 million in credit facilities from HSH Nordbank, AG, New York Branch (HSHN), to fund the company's acquisition of all the remaining and required turbines, and its initial phase of construction of a 171 MW wind energy project located in Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec.
