On May 31, 2019, Taxelco Inc. (Taxelco) completed the sale of its assets to Placements Saint-Jérôme inc.

Richter Advisory Group Inc. (Richter) acted as the Monitor of Taxelco and related entities under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act during the insolvency proceedings and in the context of the sale of Taxelco’s assets.
