On January 29, 2024, Canadian Western Bank (“CWB”) closed its offering of C$250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.949% Series I Subordinated Debentures due January 29, 2034. The debentures were issued under a prospectus supplement dated January 16, 2024 to CWB's short form base shelf prospectus dated June 1, 2022.

RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank, and TD Securities led the syndicate of agents through which the debentures were sold.

CWB is a leading provider of specialized banking services tailored for residents and businesses in Western Canada, headquartered in Edmonton.
