On January 27, 2023, Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. ("Renewable Energy Systems") completed the sale of the Bekevar Wind Project to Innagreen Canada Holdings C Limited and Innagreen Canada Holdings D Limited. Awasis Nehiyawewini Energy Development Limited Partnership (a Cowessess First Nation-owned entity), will continue to be a key partner in the Bekevar Wind Project going forward. The Bekevar Wind Project will supply 200 MW of zero-emission power to the local grid in Saskatchewan, providing more than 100,000 homes with clean, sustainable electricity.
