On August 5, 2022, First Student Inc. ("First Student") acquired all of the assets of Barr Bus Lines Limited, representing the sixth and latest acquisition for First Student. The transaction is subject to applicable contractual and regulatory approvals.

First Student is North America's largest provider of school bus services, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Barr Bus Lines Limited is a bus company involved in school transportation and local bus charter operations in Ontario.
