On March 26, 2024, Research Capital Corporation co-led a syndicate of underwriters and acted as sole bookrunner on Dolly Varden Silver Corporation's ("Dolly Varden") bought deal public offering. The offering grossed proceeds of C$15 million to Dolly Varden and pursuant to the offering, Dolly Varden sold 14,285,700 shares of the Company on a charitable basis (each, a "Charity FT Share") that will qualify as "flow-through shares" at a price of C$1.05 per Charity FT Share.

The gross proceeds from the sale of Charity FT Shares will be used for further exploration, mineral resource expansion and drilling in the combined Kitsault Valley project, located in northwestern British Columbia, Canada, as well as for working capital.

Dolly Varden, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is a mineral exploration company focused on mining in Canada.
