On January 29, 2024, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") issued EUR 500 million Floating Rate Green Notes (the "Green Bonds") due January, 2027. The Green Bonds were issued pursuant to CIBC's US$40 billion EMTN programme.
