Sonny is an associate in the Business Law Group in Montreal. He maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance across a broad range of industries, including the hospitality, food, beverage and agribusiness industries.

Sonny has a wide variety of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders and providing advice on ongoing corporate and commercial matters. He is a member of the firm’s Food, Beverage and Agribusiness and Hospitality groups where he provides strategic commercial and regulatory advice to domestic and international clients.

Sonny completed his law degree at University of Montreal's Faculty of Law while serving as a political advisor to provincial cabinet ministers and members of the official opposition at the National Assembly of Quebec. He also previously served in the reserves of the Canadian Armed Forces and currently sits on the board of directors of a local non-profit raising funds for children's hospitals.

Sonny was called to the Quebec bar in 2022 and is a member of the Barreau du Quebec.
