Kristin Dosen is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a broad-based financial services practice focusing on corporate lending and project finance transactions. Kristin has experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, syndicated and bilateral financings, asset-based lending, real estate financing, and acquisition financing. Kristin has also advised banks, other financial institutions, and borrowers on the financing of a wide range of energy, power and infrastructure projects, including battery storage, wind, solar, hydroelectric and cogeneration projects.

Kristin obtained her B. Arts Sc. (Hons.) from McMaster University and her J.D. from Western University. While at law school, Kristin worked as a research assistant to Richard H. McLaren in the areas of personal property security law, secured transactions, and sports law.

Kristin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
