The Toronto Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking an associate to join our national Projects Group and Real Property & Planning Group.

The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues and appreciates superior technology and other support.  The candidate will have:

• Experience in contract law and an interest in learning infrastructure and real estate;
• Experience in infrastructure and real estate would be an asset;
• Experience in leasing and real estate development would be an asset;
• Excellent academic and professional credentials;
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
• A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.

The successful applicant will be part of a top-tier team providing sophisticated legal advice to a diverse client base comprised of public and private companies, private equity firms, governments, hospitals, universities, financial institutions, pension fund advisors and sovereign wealth funds.
