Maude St-Georges is a partner in the Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses mainly on civil litigation and administrative law, including medical and professional liability, disciplinary law, class actions and insurance law.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Maude practised at a major firm, where she represented insurers and various stakeholders in the health sector before civil and administrative bodies. This helped her build a solid background in personal injury, health law and insurance law.

Maude earned her Bachelor of Civil Law degree (LLB) from Université de Montréal in 2012. As an undergraduate, she participated in a summer program at the China University of Political Science and Law. During her master’s studies in comparative law at McGill University, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Shauna Van Praagh and became interested in the concept of restitutio in integrum in civil liability.

Maude was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2015 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Bar of Montreal.

She is also a member of the Board of the Carrefour alimentaire Centre-Sud.
