Oksana Migitko is an associate in the firm’s International Trade & Investment Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general trade practice which includes advice across a wide range of anti-corruption, sanctions, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Oksana has completed her LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School. Oksana obtained her LLB and LLM degrees from Saint-Petersburg State University. She also has an LLM in European Private Law from University of Amsterdam.

Prior to Osgoode, Oksana has practiced law in Russia for more than 10 years. She served in various capacities: from an in-house lawyer up to a consultant in Deloitte, to an attorney at the leading national law firm. Oksana’s prior experience included various matters in the fields of life sciences law, franchise/distribution, competition/antitrust, anticorruption and economic sanctions, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.

Oksana enjoys spending her free time with her family and travelling to off-the-beaten-track locations.
