William Loumankis is an associate in our Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. He maintains a general commercial real property practice, with an emphasis on project development, procurement, and financing for major infrastructure projects under the public-private partnership (P3) framework.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, William completed his articles at a leading boutique law firm in Toronto that specializes in insolvency and commercial litigation. During his articles, William largely focused on major infrastructure and construction related files.
William received his JD from Queen’s University in 2020. While at law school, William was heavily involved in pro bono work with the Queen’s Law Clinics and was the student coach of a moot. He also received his Honours BA (with Distinction) in History, with a minor in Religious Studies from Queen’s University in 2017.
William was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
