Rebecca is a paralegal in our Business Law Services Group in Calgary providing support to both the Calgary and Vancouver offices. Rebecca supports clients by completing their due diligence requirements and the preparation of personal property security registrations in both Alberta and British Columbia. As a member of our national due diligence team, Rebecca conducts and analyzes searches in Alberta, British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada in connection with proposed share and asset purchase, real property and lending transactions.
