Rachel is entering her final year of the JD program at Western Law. Prior to law school, she received her honours Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Sociology from Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, Rachel was a Research Assistant and contributed to a longitudinal study analyzing the career satisfaction of lawyers and notaries in Quebec. Throughout her undergraduate and law school studies, Rachel has interned in the Legal Regulatory & Compliance and Private Wealth divisions at BMO and BMO Nesbitt Burns, respectively. 

At law school, Rachel is a Co-Chair of the Western Law Environmental Association and is involved in Western’s Pro Bono Students Canada chapter. Next fall, Rachel will be studying at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading thriller novels and attending Pilates and spin classes.
