Nicolina is a Law Clerk in our Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. Nicolina supports clients by assisting in commercial real estate transactions including conducting, reviewing, preparing and reporting diligence searches drafting title memos/reports and closing documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, attending to registration of title documents, and managing closing day logistics with respect to financing, acquisition and sale transactions. She regularly conducts Ministry searches and deals extensively with various Municipalities. With extensive experience in the customer service industry Nicolina has an excellent understanding of the importance of client service. Possessing this experience she understands the importance of clear communication with internal and external clients, accuracy in work product and meeting target dates.
