Team Value and Skills

Natasha is a senior commercial real estate law clerk in our Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto, and has been with the firm since 2006. She is responsible for the mentoring of junior law clerks in the Real Property and Planning Group, and has participated as a guest speaker at The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Education Centre for VuMap online mapping application. Natasha is currently a Director of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and the Co-Chair of CLE.

Experience

Natasha has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate with an emphasis on financing of commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping centres, industrial buildings and condominiums, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and solar roof projects for various school boards. Her responsibilities include due diligence for both portfolio transactions and individual transactions, identifying and resolving title defects, negotiating title insurance policies, preparing closing agendas, title summaries, corporate summaries, requisition letters, closing documents, electronic registration documents, and reporting to clients on the completion of the various transactions.
