Marlene Bottner is a real estate law clerk in our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. She supports clients by assisting the lawyers with all aspects of real property transactions with an emphasis on financings.

Experience

Marlene has been a law clerk for over 30 years, with a broad array of experience in real estate, as well as specializing in complex title analysis and problem solving, working closely with the Land Registry Offices and Municipalities across Ontario on title matters and document registrations.
