Lama is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general business law practice which includes advising clients on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters across a variety of industries. Lama is also a member of the firm’s Retail and Consumer Markets group where she provides strategic commercial and regulatory advice to domestic and international clients.

Lama received her JD from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. Prior to law school, Lama obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.

Lama was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Lama joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm in 2021.
