Khristoff is a recent graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Before attending Osgoode, Khristoff acquired a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science at the University of Guelph. Prior to his time at McCarthy Tétrault, Khristoff worked as a Research and Projects Assistant for Ontario’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, where he was responsible for advising on policy recommendations for cannabis regulatory matters and Ontario’s agricultural value chain.

At Osgoode, Khristoff published numerous insights for the law school’s Intellectual Property and Technology Blog (‘IPilogue’) and served as both a Junior and Senior Clinic Fellow for Osgoode’s Innovation Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to small business owners and inventors. Khristoff also moderated a podcast in his second year of law school titled “Talking Health Law,” where he invited lawyers to discuss their health-law-related practice and expertise for each episode. In his final year of law school, Khristoff served as the President of Osgoode’s Health Law Association.

In his spare time, Khristoff enjoys working out, playing sports, and attending live music events.
