Kayla Gasperec is a paralegal with the Business Law Group in our Montreal office. She has a solid foundation in managing extra-provincial registrations and conducting annual maintenance filings for Quebec-registered entities. Kayla’s responsibilities also encompass the administration of limited partnerships, their renewals, and a range of general corporate matters throughout Canada’s provinces and territories.
