Team Value and Skills

Kathy is a senior law clerk in our Litigation department at our Toronto office. Kathy works primarily on large corporate / commercial litigation matters, including class actions.

Kathy supports clients and team members by assisting with and managing all aspects of litigation steps including document production and discovery, trials and arbitrations as well as assisting with appeals in the Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. Kathy also has extensive experience with Federal Court matters.

Kathy assists the litigation department by maintaining the firm’s Canadian Appeals Monitor blog (www.canadianappeals.com), mentoring junior law clerks and articling students in respect of court procedure.

Experience

Clients benefit from Kathy’s considerable experience with large electronic discovery matters. These experiences consist of working in litigation support software platforms, including Relativity, Case Logistix and Summation. Kathy also has experience with Ringtail.
