Jennifer Patterson is a paraprofessional in the Real Property and Planning Practice Group in Vancouver. She assists the Firm’s lawyers and clients in large residential real estate development projects from initial stage of receiving deposits from purchasers through to reporting on discharge particulars and file closing. She has experience with various aspects of real estate development project work, which include conducting title searches, drafting closing documents and attending to pre-closing and post-closing matters. 

Experience

Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in residential real estate transactions and before joining McCarthy Tétrault in 2022, she worked in another Canadian national law firm focusing exclusively in closing large multi-family residential development projects for major developers.
