Denise Roldan is a paralegal with the Business Law Group in our Vancouver office. Denise has a strong background in managing extra-provincial and business name registrations for corporations and limited partnerships, as well as their renewals and annual filings, throughout all Canadian provinces and territories. Her breadth of knowledge extends to the dissolution and amalgamation of companies, and includes a detailed understanding of the North West Trade and Partnership Agreement. Her diligent approach ensures that businesses maintain compliance within diverse regulatory frameworks.
