Chris Puskas is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He maintains a broad litigation practice, with a focus on corporate/commercial litigation, public law, and professional liability.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Chris clerked for Justice Rowe at the Supreme Court of Canada, and Justices Feldman, Hourigan, and Brown at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Chris graduated as the Silver Medalist from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He received many academic prizes in law school, including course awards in Contract Law and Evidence Law. He also won the Davies’ 2018 Corporate/Securities law moot and the Stephanie Fleur Couzin Medal in Mooting for his outstanding performance in the school’s mooting program.

Prior to law school, Chris received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where he graduated as the Gold Medalist in Sociology.

Chris is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
