Brenna is currently a student at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where she is completing her joint Master of Public Administration and law degree. Prior to law school, Brenna graduated with first class honours from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary with an honours undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences. Throughout her time in Calgary Brenna volunteered with a number of local organizations including the Taking Strides Children’s Foundation. 

While at university, Brenna was a peer mentor for both Master of Public Administration students, and incoming law students. Brenna worked at the Immigration Services Association of Nova Scotia in Halifax to assist individuals completing citizenship and immigration applications. Brenna has worked as a junior policy analyst for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans as well as a legal research assistant for a number of faculty members at law school. Following graduation in June 2025, Brenna will be clerking for the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

In her free time, Brenna enjoys baking, finding new comedy tv shows, spending time by the ocean, and spending time with her Corgi named Max.
