Team Value and Skills

As a paralegal with our Business Law Group in Vancouver, Bonnie supports our lawyers as a member of our national due diligence team on which she conducts and analyzes searches in British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada in connection with proposed share and asset purchase, and lending transactions. In addition, Bonnie prepares and files documents to incorporate and organize British Columbia companies and documents transactions to accurately maintain their corporate records (changes of directors and officers, share transfers, continuations, amalgamations, dissolutions, reorganizations, extra-provincial registrations, and annual maintenance) and assists in the day-to-day activities of the Business Law Services team. Bonnie is also a member of our national audit response team.

Experience

Before beginning her career as a paralegal, Bonnie worked for 14 years as a legal administrative assistant with our Real Property Group in Vancouver, supporting a busy senior partner whose clients are among the leading real estate developers in Vancouver.

Bonnie’s dedication to our firm over the years brings with it a wealth of the firm’s history and culture, and established relations with numerous clients.

Bonnie devotes much of her personal time to improving her fluency in French.
