On June 27, 2020, WSP Global Inc. and Altus Group Limited closed the transaction to combine their respective geomatics business units. The combined entity launched as GeoVerra Inc., forming a leading Canadian geomatics firm with offices in Western Canada and Ontario. With offices in 29 cities and towns across Western Canada and Ontario, GeoVerra will offer a broad variety of geomatics services.

Altus Group Limited is a leading provider of software, data solutions and independent advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry.
