On May 13, 2022, Voxtur Analytics Corporation (“Voxtur”) completed its C$12.5 million brokered private placement offering of common shares (the “Offering”). The common shares were offered at a price of $1.02 per common share.
The offering was led by Eight Capital on behalf of a syndicate of agents including Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc. The net proceeds from the Offering are intended to be used for future acquisitions, working capital, and general corporate purposes of Voxtur.
McCarthy Tétrault LLP advised Eight Capital, as lead agent, with a team led by Nancy Choi that included Samantha Pettinato and Lama Kahiel.
