On May 31, 2006, Uni-Select Inc. purchased all of the shares it did not own in USI-AGI Prairies Inc. ("USI-AGI"), effectively becoming sole shareholder of the joint-venture company. In February 2002, Uni-Select and Acklands-Grainger Inc. pooled their automotive sale and distribution related assets in the Canadian Prairies to form USI-AGI.
