On September 10, 2008, The Toronto-Dominion Bank issued €2 billion Floating Rate Deposit Notes due September 2010 pursuant to its U.S. $20 billion US Programme for the Issuance of Notes. The joint-lead managers for the offering were Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and The Toronto-Dominion Bank and the co-lead managers were HSBC Bank plc, Lloyds TSB Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
